Only one new building is under construction as of August 2026. Buildings in the previous phases each took 1.6 to 2.3 years from laying the foundations to becoming operational. The new building has a similar shape to a new building at the Huawei Wuhu campus which, based on its cooling and backup power capacity, is about 3.7x the power of previous buildings (see calculations sheet). We expect the chips to be 910C, or to have about the same energy efficiency as the 910C.
